The RIFA Project designed to train Credit Unions/Microfinance functionaries and personnel to build vibrant Microfinance Institutions is in progress. Courses designed are tailored to obtain specialized Certificates, Diplomas and Degrees in Microfinance/Credit Union Operations and Management as well as Short Courses, Workshops and Seminars for all stakeholders in the sector.

Major developments include the subscription and payment of shares by many affiliates, the acquisition of office space and training halls, office equipment and training materials.

RIFA has partnered with the Microfinance Association in London to start Training Programs in June 2021; and the Board of Directors has designated some Staff members to run the Project.
